The core of our managed service is continuous support, monitoring, and lifecycle management for your servers, storage, endpoints, identity, and productivity platforms.

Our engineers handle routine administration, patch management, hardware refresh planning, user onboarding and offboarding, vendor coordination, and the daily work that keeps your environment stable.

Managed cybersecurity.

Security is not a bolt-on. Every managed client receives a 24/7 Security Operations Center, managed detection and response, endpoint protection, email security, multi-factor authentication, and documented incident response.

Compliance artifacts for HIPAA, PCI DSS, CMMC, the FTC Safeguards Rule, and SOC 2 are produced as evidence of the ongoing program, not assembled during an audit.

Project-based engineering and non-managed services.

We also take on project engagements for organizations that are not ready for a full managed relationship. That includes migrations, Microsoft 365 tenant buildouts, data center moves, and office buildouts.

Pricing is fixed fee where possible and fully transparent when it is time and materials.

Frequently asked questions.

Can I subscribe to only one service line, like cybersecurity?

Yes. Managed security can be purchased independently of managed IT, and the same is true for managed cloud, managed voice, and managed internet. That said, clients typically see the most value when security, operations, and infrastructure are handled by the same team, because the tools and data reinforce each other.

Do you bring in partners for specialty work?

For narrow specialty work outside our direct capability, such as commercial audiovisual integration or specialized industrial networks, we bring in vetted partners under our management. The relationship still runs through a Cyber One Solutions account manager so you never get caught between vendors.

How do you handle vendor management with third parties we already use?

We take over vendor coordination for the platforms you already own. That means we open tickets, manage escalations, and drive resolutions with your existing internet provider, software vendors, phone carrier, and anyone else you rely on. The goal is to give your time back so you can focus on running the business.
