Keeping the Lines Running
With Secure Infrastructure.

Manufacturing downtime costs money every minute. We build and manage IT infrastructure that keeps your operations running, your networks secure, and your production data protected, without getting in the way of the floor.

We work with manufacturers across Texas and Tennessee, from discrete production to process industries, delivering managed IT and OT/IT convergence security that protects modern manufacturing environments end to end.

What We Deliver
Secure OT/IT architecture that protects production without slowing it.
Ransomware defenses that reduce downtime risk to near zero.
Vendor and contractor access that is secure, audited, and revocable.
CMMC and cyber insurance documentation maintained and current.
Faster IT incident resolution with minimal production impact.
A technology partner who understands the cost of a line going down.

Manufacturing and Industrial

IT and OT Support for Plants That Cannot Stop.

Manufacturers carry a blend of traditional office IT, operational technology on the plant floor, and specialized systems for ERP, MES, and quality that rarely fit neatly into either category. Cyber One Solutions supports manufacturing clients across the Gulf Coast and East Texas with a program that respects the differences between a corporate desktop, a PLC on a production line, and a historian collecting tag data from every asset in the plant.

IT and OT Segmentation Done Right.

Plant floor devices do not belong on the same flat network as accounting workstations. We implement Purdue Model inspired segmentation with firewalls between enterprise and operational zones, jump hosts for vendor access to OT systems, and monitoring that respects the operational sensitivity of industrial devices (no aggressive scanning of PLCs in production). The result is defensible network architecture that still lets engineering and maintenance do their jobs.

Uptime, Spares, and Change Control.

In manufacturing environments, unplanned downtime has a measurable cost per minute. We stock spares aligned to your plant inventory, maintain documented restore procedures for controllers and HMIs, and coordinate change windows with production schedules rather than around standard office hours.

Vendor Access and Remote Support for OEMs.

Equipment OEMs often require remote access to machines for diagnostics and firmware updates. Rather than allowing unrestricted VPN access, we implement brokered access that logs sessions, limits reach, and makes vendor activity auditable. When a cell breaks down, the OEM can still help quickly, but on terms that do not expose the rest of the plant.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you support specific ERP or MES platforms?

Clients use Epicor, Plex, SAP Business One, Infor, and several custom systems. Our role is managing the infrastructure they run on and coordinating with the platform vendor when issues cross boundaries, not administering the ERP or MES itself.

Can you help with cyber insurance or customer security audits?

Yes. Manufacturing clients increasingly face security audits from customers, particularly in the defense and aerospace supply chain. We produce the evidence aligned to NIST SP 800-171, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001 questionnaires that customers commonly send.
