Do you work with smaller firms, or only large ones?

We support professional services firms from a handful of consultants up through several hundred billable staff. Smaller firms benefit the most, because they get enterprise grade tooling that a two person internal IT team could never set up on their own.

Can you help us pass a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit?

Yes. We run the underlying controls that auditors look for and we document the evidence they expect to see. We do not issue the audit report ourselves, because that has to come from an independent firm, but we deliver the program and the artifacts that make the audit pass cleanly.

Our consultants use Macs. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Our managed endpoint program supports Windows, macOS, and the rare Linux holdout. We are agnostic about hardware and opinionated about controls.
