Every project starts with a statement of work that defines objectives, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. Change requests are handled in writing rather than through verbal side conversations, which keeps budgets honest and timelines predictable. When unknowns exist, we say so in advance and agree on a discovery phase before committing to a fixed scope.

Every project closes with as-built documentation, credential handoff, warranty records, and a post-implementation review. If you continue onto a managed services agreement afterward, the documentation carries forward. If you remain self-managed, your internal team inherits everything they need to operate the solution without calling us back for passwords.
