IT Projects Delivered
On Scope. On Budget.

Technology projects fail when scope is undefined, communication breaks down, or execution is left to people who planned the work on paper but have never done it in the field. We are engineers who scope, design, and execute, with a project methodology built to prevent the failures that make IT projects painful.

From a single server replacement to a full multi-site infrastructure overhaul, every project starts with a written Statement of Work and ends with documented deliverables. You always know exactly what you are getting and when.

What Every Project Includes
A written Statement of Work with defined scope and fixed deliverables.
A design document produced before project execution begins.
Proactive communication at every milestone and phase.
Testing and acceptance verification before project close.
Complete as-built documentation delivered at handoff.
An ongoing support path if managed services are needed post-deployment.
Project Types

Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and More.

Server & Infrastructure Upgrades

End-of-life server replacements, hardware refreshes, and data center consolidations. We handle procurement, configuration, migration, and documentation so your team can stay focused on operations.

Cloud Migrations

Lift-and-shift and re-architecture migrations to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud platforms. We plan the migration, execute it with minimal disruption, and validate the outcome before cutover.

Network Buildouts & Upgrades

Structured cabling, switching, routing, and wireless deployments for new facilities or aging network infrastructure. We design, install, and document networks built for reliability and security.

Microsoft 365 Deployments

Full Microsoft 365 tenant deployments, migrations from on-premises Exchange, Teams rollouts, and SharePoint implementations. We configure security defaults, conditional access, and Intune enrollment from day one.

Backup & Disaster Recovery Implementation

Design and deployment of enterprise backup solutions with immutable offsite copies, tested recovery procedures, and documented RTO and RPO targets that align with your business continuity requirements.

Wireless & VoIP Deployments

Enterprise wireless network design and deployment using Ubiquiti and Cisco infrastructure. Managed VoIP phone system deployments using 3CX, Yealink, and other platforms with full configuration and training.

Project Methodology

How We Deliver Every Engagement.

01

Scoping & Statement of Work

Every project begins with a written Statement of Work that defines the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline milestones, and pricing. No ambiguity, no scope creep.

02

Design & Planning

Before a single cable is run or configuration pushed, we produce a detailed design document. Decisions are made on paper, not in the field, reducing risk and rework.

03

Staged Execution

Projects are executed in defined phases with checkpoints at each stage. We communicate status proactively and coordinate around your schedule to minimize business disruption.

04

Testing & Acceptance

Every deliverable is tested against the acceptance criteria defined in the SOW. We do not close a project until you have confirmed it meets your requirements.

05

Documentation & Handoff

At project close, you receive complete as-built documentation, configuration files, credentials, and a knowledge transfer briefing for your internal staff.

Consulting Projects

Strategic Projects With Clear Scope and Measurable Outcomes.

Some work does not fit neatly into a monthly service agreement. Migrations, refreshes, office moves, and technology selection projects are bounded engagements with defined deliverables and a finite end date. Cyber One Solutions delivers those engagements as discrete consulting projects with the same discipline we apply to managed services, which means documented scope, predictable schedules, and a clean handoff at the end.

Engagement Types.

Common engagements include datacenter or server room migrations, Microsoft 365 tenant cutovers and cross-tenant mergers, Azure landing zone setup, network and firewall refreshes, identity platform migrations (typically to Entra ID), SharePoint and Teams migrations, and technology evaluation projects where leadership needs an independent opinion before committing to a multi-year platform decision.

How We Run a Project.

Projects start with a statement of work built from a discovery phase, not from a template. Weekly status updates cover progress against plan, risks, decisions needed, and upcoming activity. Change requests are captured in writing and priced before work proceeds. Project closure includes as-built documentation, credential handoff, knowledge transfer to your team or incoming operations provider, and a post-implementation review.

Independence and Vendor Selection.

For technology evaluation projects, we are not tied to a single vendor ecosystem. Our role is to help you write evaluation criteria tied to actual business requirements, run a structured selection process, and avoid common procurement mistakes (selecting on headline pricing, undervaluing integration cost, underestimating change management). The vendor you choose is the vendor that best fits your organization, not the one that pays the largest referral.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you require a managed services contract to run a project?

No. Projects are quoted and delivered independently. Many clients evaluate us through a project first before considering an ongoing relationship, and many others hire us for projects while retaining their existing managed services provider.

Can you work alongside our existing IT team or incumbent provider?

Yes. Most projects involve coordination with existing internal staff, incumbent vendors, or application owners. We document interfaces and responsibilities at the start of each engagement so that collaboration is structured rather than improvised.
