About the Spring Datacenter

Carrier neutral colocation and disaster recovery for North Houston.

Our Spring facility is a purpose built datacenter and operations hub on Spring Cypress Road. It powers colocation, managed hosting, backup, and disaster recovery services for clients across Texas. Redundant power, redundant cooling, redundant internet, and twenty four hour onsite staff keep workloads online when they matter most.

What we run from the Spring facility.

The Spring site hosts client colocation cabinets, our managed cloud tenants, replicated backups for managed service clients, network core infrastructure, and our after hours engineering bench. It is purpose built for business continuity, with generator backup, battery backup, dual internet providers, and biometric access control at every door.

Coverage for North Houston businesses.

Our Spring team services clients throughout North Houston, The Woodlands, Klein, Tomball, Cypress, Champions, Willowbrook, Humble, Kingwood, Conroe, Magnolia, and the surrounding Harris and Montgomery county areas. Remote support is immediate and on site dispatch across the northern metro is same day in almost every case.

Disaster recovery for growing businesses.

Spring operates as our primary backup and disaster recovery site for managed service clients. Replicated virtual machines, immutable backup copies, and tested failover runbooks give clients a real recovery plan that is proven rather than assumed. We test failover with each client on an annual cadence and document the outcomes for your cyber insurance carrier.

A conversation without a sales pitch.

Conversations about colocation, managed hosting, or disaster recovery start with questions. What applications do you run, what are your uptime targets, what recovery point and recovery time objectives do you need, and what regulatory frameworks govern your data? Those answers drive the scope, the facility choice, and the proposal. There is no pressure and no obligation until you are ready.

Frequently asked questions.

Is the Spring facility Tier Three or Tier Four?

The facility is engineered to Tier Three design standards with concurrently maintainable power and cooling. That means routine maintenance is performed without taking client workloads offline. For clients with stricter availability requirements we pair Spring with a geographically separate failover partner.

Can I tour the Spring datacenter before signing?

Yes. Colocation prospects are welcome to tour the facility with an engineer. Tours are by appointment so we can maintain access control and brief you on the specific design choices that matter for your workload.

Do you offer disaster recovery only, without managed services?

Yes. We offer standalone backup, replication, and disaster recovery services for organizations that already have their own IT team. The scope covers data protection, runbook design, and regular test failovers regardless of whether we handle any other day to day support.
