Can you work with the existing IT person in our hotel?

Yes. Many of our hospitality clients have a general manager or operations lead handling day to day technology issues. We act as the engineering and security bench behind that person so they are never stuck on a major incident alone.

What are your support hours?

The Sevierville office is staffed during normal business hours Eastern time Monday through Friday. Managed clients have after hours and weekend coverage handled by our on call engineer rotation, which is the group you actually want answering the phone at nine on a Saturday night.
