Serving Greater Houston from the NASA and Clear Lake corridor.

The Cyber One Solutions headquarters sits inside the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership corridor, a short drive from the Texas Medical Center, the Port of Houston, and the energy and aerospace employers that make up the majority of our local client base. Our Houston technicians and engineers are on site at client offices across Harris, Brazoria, Galveston, Fort Bend, and Montgomery counties, often within the same business day.

Our field services desk covers the full Greater Houston service area, including Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood, Pearland, Webster, Seabrook, Kemah, Dickinson, Alvin, La Porte, Deer Park, Pasadena, Downtown, the Medical Center, the Energy Corridor, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, Cypress, and Tomball. Remote support is dispatched immediately and on site response is scheduled the same day for clients on a managed plan.

Do I need to be located inside Houston city limits to be a client?

No. Our managed service area extends through the entire Greater Houston region and the surrounding counties. If you have questions about whether your specific address falls inside our standard service area, call the office and we will confirm on the spot.

Can you work with my existing internal IT person?

Yes. Many of our Houston clients have an internal IT lead who handles day to day user requests while we handle the heavier lifting on security, infrastructure, compliance, and after hours coverage. We act as a force multiplier for your existing team rather than a replacement for them.

What are your office hours?

The Houston office is staffed Monday through Friday from eight in the morning to five in the evening Central time. After hours and weekend coverage is handled by our on call engineer rotation, and critical incidents for managed clients are covered around the clock every day of the year.
