The program pays real economics for referrals that convert, and the relationship is documented in writing before any conversation with a referred prospect takes place.

How the economics work.

Referrals that convert into managed service engagements pay an ongoing percentage of recurring revenue for the life of the relationship. Referrals that convert into project engagements pay a one time finders fee based on the invoiced project value. The specific numbers are in the program agreement and we are direct about them during the initial conversation.

We ask that affiliates represent our services honestly, only refer prospects they genuinely believe are a fit, and respect the due diligence process we run on every new client. In return we keep affiliates informed about the status of every referral, never go silent after a handoff, and treat the referral as a reflection of the affiliate relationship rather than a one off transaction.

Do I have to sign an exclusive agreement?

No. Our affiliate program is non exclusive. You are free to maintain relationships with other technology providers, make referrals to parties other than Cyber One Solutions, and participate in the program at whatever cadence works for your practice.

How are referrals tracked to avoid disputes?

Every referral is registered in writing before we speak with the prospect. The registration captures the referrer, the contact, the use case, and the date. Registered referrals receive tracking on the standard affiliate economics even if the prospect converts through a different entry point later.
